''Good morning Karin,
How are you today?'

A phone call to hear that everything is fine today

Many seniors miss someone who calls and asks how they are doing every day.

That's why there's the Senior Check-in Call – a service developed together with SPF Seniors. Every day, a digital assistant calls for a short and pleasant chat, and alerts if something isn't right.

Why check-in calls?

The Senior Check-in Call is more than just a service – it is a commitment to making seniors' lives safer and more social. The daily phone call provides structure and care, and detects early on if something is not right.

Unlike traditional round-the-clock calling, where the senior is expected to call an answering machine every day, the assistant calls back - and offers an interactive conversation.

  • How long Lena should wait before calling again if you don’t answer
  • What interests you would like to talk about
  • Which relatives should be contacted if something seems wrong
