  • You will be called every day to see how you are doing and if everything is okay.

  • If you do not respond or if something seems wrong, your relatives or healthcare professionals will be notified.

  • You decide when you will be called, what questions to ask and who to notify if necessary.

  3. After the 14-day trial period, you can continue for 79 SEK/month if you actively choose to extend.

What does a conversation sound like?

Want to try a call right now to hear what it sounds like? Fill in your name and phone number and click "Call now" to be called by our digital assistant Lena - just like in a regular phone call. She will ask how you are feeling and what your plans are for the day.

Here's how to order and use the Senior Check-in Call, our AI assistant.
  1. Fill in your details
    Enter your name, phone number where the AI assistant will call, email address, and mailing address.

  2. Activate the Check-in Call for free for 14 days
    Once you have submitted your order, the Check-in Call will be activated free of charge for 14 days. During this period, you can try the service without obligation, i.e. the subscription will not start automatically.

  3. Set up the service with our AI assistant Lena
    The phone number provided will be called like a regular phone call, and our AI assistant Lena will interview you to customize the service to your needs:

    • What time in the morning would you like to be called?

    • If you don't answer, how long should Lena wait before trying again?

    • Do you have any special interests that Lena can talk to you about?

    • Which relative(s) should be contacted if Lena understands that you need help?

  4. Activate with Swish
    When you pay with S wish after the free period, the subscription starts (instructions are sent via SMS and email) .

  5. Quit whenever you want
    You can cancel your subscription at any time by stopping payment for the upcoming period.

Settings

You can change your settings at any time by telling Lena during the daily phone call, or by logging in to our website.
